Implementation Model

How ICWF is Delivered

The Integrated Community Wellbeing Framework (ICWF) is delivered through a structured, field-based system that integrates communities, traditional governance, and institutional partners into a coordinated model for scalable development.

Community Entry & Engagement

Structured community entry establishes trust, aligns local priorities, and ensures programmes are defined in collaboration with community leadership systems.

Local Partnership Integration

ICWF is co-delivered with traditional institutions, local authorities, academic partners, and community organisations to ensure long-term sustainability and alignment.

Programme Co-Design & Activation

Programmes are co-designed with stakeholders to ensure cultural relevance, operational feasibility, and effective deployment within each community context.

Field Deployment (ICWF Execution)

Integrated programmes are delivered across health, livelihoods, infrastructure, and cultural systems through coordinated field implementation.

Governance & Cultural Alignment

Implementation is aligned with traditional governance structures and cultural custodianship systems to ensure legitimacy and community ownership.

Monitoring, Learning & Scale

Outcomes are tracked, refined, and used to inform continuous improvement and structured expansion into new regions.
