GIVING FISH TO THE VILLAGE ELDERS

About The H.E.L.P Team- Healing Every Living Person
We are a community-led development organisation delivering integrated, scalable systems through the Integrated Community Wellbeing Framework(ICWF).
Transforming communities across West Africa through a systems-driven approach that integrates health, youth empowerment, women’s advancement, and cultural preservation.
Our multi-country field research across North and West Africa laid the foundation for ICWF.
WHO WE ARE
The H.E.L.P. Team is a development organisation that designs and implements integrated systems to enhance community wellbeing.
At the heart of our work is the Integrated Community Wellbeing Framework (ICWF), a systems-based model that brings together health, youth development, women’s empowerment, and cultural preservation into a unified approach.
Our focus goes beyond short-term interventions, delivering structured, scalable solutions that are firmly rooted in local realities.
We currently operate across Nigeria, Senegal, and The Gambia, providing programmes that are practical, system-driven, and community-led.
This approach sets us apart from traditional programme-based NGOs, enabling more integrated, sustainable, and systemic impact within the communities we serve.
OUR APPROACH — ICWF
At the centre of our work is the Integrated Community Wellbeing Framework (ICWF), a structured system that integrates:
• Community health
• Youth development
• Women’s empowerment
• Cultural preservation
ICWF ensures that all programmes are interconnected, creating systemic and sustainable impact rather than isolated interventions.
